Assam: Two criminals caught by local with arms in Nalbari

Two criminals were caught by the locals and handed them over to police with arms in Assam's Nalbari district on Sunday.
According to sources, two criminals allegedly attempted to rob a businessman in the Mukalmua market, while the locals caught them with arms.
As per officials, both the accused have been arrested, and also recovered one country-made pistol with magazine and a sharp weapon from their possession.
The official further added that one among them was earlier arrested by Karnataka police in robbery case.
A case has been filed in connection with the incident, and further investigations are underway.
