Mahabharat's Shakuni Mama actor Gufi Paintal passes away at the age of 79

Mumbai.Veteran Bollywood actor Gufi Paintal is no more. The actor passed away on Monday at the age of 79. The actor's family confirmed the same.

The actor, who became well known for playing Shakuni Mama in BR Chopra's TV show Mahabharat (1980), died on Monday in Mumbai due to age-related health issues, his family said. The actor's nephew Hiten Paintal says "Unfortunately, he is no more. He died at the hospital around 9 am.
