Entrepreneurship development program inaugurated

Nagaon: The Sonaiporia Handicraft Producer Company Ltd organized A 6-day entrepreneurship development program, being organized by Sonaiporia Handicrafts Producer Company Limited at Devi Bhavan, Nagaon was inaugurated ceremonially on Friday. The programme was sanctioned by the Development Commissioner, Handicrafts, Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India, and will continue from July 4 to July 9, 2025. The program aims to empower local artisans and entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the handicraft industry. During the week-long programme, a slew of experts will deliver lectures through powerpoint presentations, covering topics such as marketing, finance, GST, Entrepreneurship, Export and product development. During the inaugural session, Manjul Islam, entrepreneur expert, delivered a valuable speech, emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and development.
