Winning Test series in England bigger than winning IPL- Gill

New Delhi: India captain Shubman Gill addressed the pre-match press conference on the eve of the first Test match against England at Headingley in Leeds.While he did not name India's final playing 11 for the series opener of the five-match series, when asked to choose between winning an IPL and winning the Test series, Gill did not to have think much to choose the Test series in England."Definitely the Test series (in England). You don't get many opportunities to come to England as a captain, maybe two. So in my opinion, winning a Test series in England, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia are bigger."Before Gill, Ben Stokes had also interacted with the media. The England skipper stated that even though India will field a playing 11 without Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravichandran Ashwin, England won't have it easy."There's been a lot said about no Rohit, no Virat and no Ashwin, that doesn't mean that we think it's going to be any easier than what it ever is against India. The pool of talent that Indian cricket has is just ginormous," Stokes said."Although Virat, Rohit and Ashwin have done amazing things for their country on the field, that doesn't mean that whoever comes in to replace those individuals are going to be any less hard to bowl at or bat against, just because of how big the pool of talent is in India," he added.The first Test match of the five-match series kick off on June 20 at Headlingley, Leeds.
