Guwahati: In a powerful show of solidarity and sorrow, Royal Global University observed a protest march and condolence meeting on Tuesday to condemn the horrific terrorist attack that took place in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22. The brutal assault claimed the lives of 26 individuals, most of them tourists, leaving the nation in shock and mourning.



Students, scholars, faculty members, and staff of the university came together on campus to express their collective grief and raise their voices against terrorism. Holding placards and candles, participants marched in silence, paying tribute to the innocent lives lost in the senseless act of violence.



Following the march, a solemn condolence meeting was held where university officials and student representatives addressed the gathering. They strongly denounced the attack and emphasized the importance of unity, peace, and resilience in the face of such tragedies.



Royal Global University reiterated its commitment to promoting a culture of non-violence and compassion, standing in solidarity with the victims and their families during this time of profound grief.
