AGYWA organizes social service programme in Gumtung

Biswanath Chariali: The All Gumtung Youth Welfare Association (AGYWA) successfully organized a social service program at Govt. IV School, Gumtung, in Arunachal Pradesh with active participation from youths, students, and the public on July 20. The program was held under the leadership of Rahul Tana, President of AGYWA, and Takh Nyare, General Secretary of AGYWA. Following the program, a review meeting was held to discuss and deliberate on improving the education system in the village. The meeting was chaired by Jacob Tana Tara, President of the All Pakke-Kessang District Students' Union (APKDSU), who emphasized the importance of community involvement in uplifting educational standards. Nyanya Gollo, former GS ANSU leader and current General Secretary of the Pakke-Kessang District Intellectual Forum (PDIF), addressed the gathering and appealed to the public, especially the youth, to extend full cooperation in strengthening primary education. The program concluded with a special resolution made by Sanjeev Tana Tara, Former Vice Chairman Sports Authority of Arunachal Pradesh, to support and work towards the betterment of educational infrastructure and student welfare in the village. The social service program and review meeting demonstrate the community's commitment to improving education in Gumtung. The initiative highlights the importance of collective efforts in shaping the future of society and promoting educational development.
