Kallol Sangskritik Gosthi celebrates 53rd foundation day

Nagaon: Kallol Sangskritik Gosthi, a pioneer cultural organization of the greater Nagaon town, celebrated its 53rd foundation day at its auditorium today. During the celebration, the organization also felicitated noted filmmaker and director Parvez Ahmed on the solemn occasion for his contributions as well as his promising achievements in the field. The filmmaker and director Ahmed was also felicitated by 'Ami Satirtha' a group of his childhood friends during the event. The event was chaired by Luit Kalita, president of Kallol Sangskritik Gosthi while Naushad Akhtar Hazarika, secretary of the organization mentored the entire programme. Ahmed's childhood friends including Biswajit Mahanta, Anupam Borkatoki, Ujjwal Baruah, Bhaben Nath, Dibyajyoti Sarma, Kokil Mahanta,Parag Goswami, Jaideep Sarma, Montu Deka, Deepak Saikia, Bhaben Saikia, Saurabh Mahanta, Bikash Borthakur, Gautam Deb Roy, Dipmoni Goswami, Bhaskar Bhattacharya, Dibyajyoti Bora, Zakir Hussain, Joon Rajkhuwa and other were present during the felicitation programme. Following the felicitation, Ahmed shared his sweet memories highlighting his strong bond with his friends from Kallol Sangskritik Gosthi.
