: Leading social organization of Dhubri, Kalpajyoti Foundation, took an important step to raise awareness and prevent rabies. As part of this effort, street dogs roaming around the town were administered rabies vaccines under the initiative of the foundation. The free rabies vaccination drive was carried out on Saturday in Ward No. 2 of Dhubri town, with the collaboration of the Dhubri District Animal Husbandry Department, Dhubri District Joint Health Department, and Friends of All Animals, an animal welfare organization based in Bilasipara, Dhubri district. Kalpajyoti Foundation, which has taken the initiative to vaccinate street dogs across all 16 wards of Dhubri town, officially launched the campaign today from Ward No. 2.
