India Blocks 16 Pakistan-Based YouTube Channels After Pahalgam Attack
New Delhi :In a decisive move, India has blocked 16 YouTube channels operating from Pakistan for allegedly spreading divisive and inflammatory content following the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The crackdown was initiated based on recommendations from the Ministry of Home Affairs, as tensions remain high after the deadly assault that left 26 civilians dead.The attack, which took place at Baisaran meadow near the prominent tourist destination of Pahalgam, has been described as one of the deadliest in Jammu and Kashmir since the 2019 Pulwama attack.
